George NapP combines soul, funk, jazz, & hip-hop, giving you a refreshing feel to a classic sound.

George Napp is named after the drummer’s late grandfather, George Napp Miller. With a heavy groove filled with head nodding, soul shocking, body rocking sounds, the energy produced by this quartet is nothing less than an experience. With the release of thier self titled EP “George Napp 1749”, they look to back some of the hottest artists and to be breaking onto stages, arenas, festivals, and clubs near you.

Formed in Graciano’s pizza parlor in Sacramento, CA. Graciano’s was a popular local spot for local musicians to come and hang and jam, getting a chance to sit in and perform. At the time, The Funksters trio was the house band holding down the session weekly. I was at this very jam session were keyboardist would join the band turning the trio into a quartet.
